Hiring Now: Chief Financial Officer - Manpower Middle East Visit Middle East Jobs >> bit.ly/midejobs Please Follow >> bit.ly/mideastjobs Our client a leader in the IT, Telecoms industry is currently seeking to recruit a Chief Financial Officer in Riyadh, KSA Reporting to CEO This position directs and oversees the financial activities for the country business as well as managing statutory reporting and requirements along with providing financial discipline and leadership working closely with the company and the local shareholders. Responsible for the deployment of business strategy, providing financial leadership to translate strategy into practical solutions and day-to-day working practices. Key responsibility as CFO is to define, implement & support an effective and efficient Business Control process, as part of Management with adequate information to enable business to meet the (strategic) targets set. It includes (but not limited to) the below key Activities • Cost Control / Improvement plans and sensitivity analysis to improve profitability • Monitoring Key financial KPI’s per company score card and the companys defined Goal tracker on monthly basis. • Help build and review the country strategic plans, budget and monthly forecasts in liaison with business partners • In Depth contracts and Finance reviews • Bid/ Commercial business sign off from finance for all new contracts /bids • Overall responsibility for the companys results and submits / presents the same to CEO and Board members. • Monthly P&L, balance sheet and working capital reporting to company within agreed timelines • Monthly close monitoring of P&L ensuring that revenue and costs are complete, approved and compared to targets and where applicable recognition is in line with GAAP • Ensure Statutory, Legal, Regulatory and Tax audit and SOX requirements are met for Saudi with minimal delays • Work with the companys central teams to ensure appropriate Internal controls (Governance) are in place and adhered to. • To ensure that billing systems are in place to provide revenue assurance, including rigorous credit control and debt collection practices. • Cash, collection and working Capital planning and management along with forecasts • Manage and develop a team of skilled, trained and motivated people. • Supplier and bank relations management as appropriate • Actively think outside the box to bring more efficiency and effectiveness in Finance department so as to become a true business partner. • Raise timely flags and escalations along with corrective suggestions to CEO and BOD to enable them to take timely decisions • Monthly Balance Sheet Review and signoffs • Ensure compliance of Finance Polices, applicable GAPs and respective accounting standards of local markets • Assist in upcoming business and investment cases for the Saudi business • Work with the CEO closely and support him to hire and retain the right people and right culture and governance model for the Saudi JV as per shareholder agreement.
