Hiring Now: Corporate Process Excellence Specialist - HQ - United Arab Shipping Company Visit Middle East Jobs >> bit.ly/midejobs Please Follow >> bit.ly/mideastjobs The Corporate Process Excellence Specialist will be responsible in assisting the Corporate Process Excellence Manager in establishing the role of the Process Excellence department and promoting the concept of process excellence throughout the organization, as well as undertaking specific process mapping projects. - Assist the Corporate Process Excellence Manager in promoting the concept of process excellence to all UASC offices and departments. - Maintain the central repository for all processes that are agreed to and signed off in the organization, ensuring that all process changes are properly validated, approved and recorded. - Assist the Process Excellence Manager in running a training program for the UASC functional process owners and develop in house training material and/or work with external consultants in developing suitable material that fits UASC’s learning requirements in process excellence. - Monitor and report on the development of process improvement for each department to the Corporate Process Excellence Manager, in order to assess where further training may be required. - Work closely with the relevant department heads/key stakeholders/functional process owners in mapping out processes which meet UASC’s requirements and also ensuring industry best practice is followed. - Utilize the measurement tools to monitor adherence to all processes that are in current use in order to analyse and report where cost reductions and improvements in efficiency can be made. - Liaise with the functional process owners in identifying new challenges or issues that arise within current processes and assist in drawing up and implementing process driven solutions that can be implemented to improve business efficiency and/or achieve cost reductions.
