About Your Job: We are seeking MS-Dynamics Subject Matter expert to ensure optimal usage of MS Dynamics through fast and knowledgeable support to commercial employees and provision of suggestions to improve functionalities and Coordinate between commercial employees and functional specialists during all MS Dynamics software development and implementation projects to provide timely and accurate hands on MS Dynamics user support enabling commercial employees to be as productive and effective users as possible You will provide on the job MS Dynamics user training to commercial employees to improve their user skills,moreover, Liaise with on behalf of the users with IT support teams regarding user issues beyond first line support capabilities .Participate actively in operational MS Dynamics project meetings such as set up windows scheduled tasks and ensure timely execution,create and facilitate on-line Q&A user blogs,assess user issues and provide instant and accurate solutions, improve own MS Dynamic skills continuously, maintain statistics and monthly issue reports for management evaluation, monitor and follow up on IT issues on behalf of the divisions, provide feedback and suggestions regarding user interfaces and screen logics, satisfied commercial employees and managers, achievement of all defined SLA’s, timely execution of tasks, monthly issue dashboards, commercial divisional employees and managers, corporate managers and IT, procurement, finance and other support functions About You: You should have 3 years of experience with MS Dynamics and/or other CRM sales support systems with BsC in Information technology and/or Marketing management and Fluency in English,with natural drive to deliver good quality resulting in satisfied customers,demonstrated knowledge of SQL database operation, ability to provide sound recommendations and address reporting / service needs quickly, natural persistence to resolve issues fast and accurately, ability to work independently and as a team member, and ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed Job Details Date Posted: 2013-09-19 Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Role: Technology/IT Company Industry: Construction/Civil Engineering; Computer/Software; Information Technology Preferred Candidate Career Level: Mid Career Apply Now - Jobs in Saudi Arabia - Technology/IT Jobs in Saudi Arabia - Search All Jobs Apply here >> bit.ly/19hmkYH
