Key Responsibilities: -Setting and following the flow of activities, their duration and the link between them in order to be able to thoroughly monitor the assigned projects. -Reviewing, assessing and analyzing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports of the assigned projects. -Following up on the areas of concern, critical issues, delays and taking action to coordinate and find solutions and recovery measures for the assigned projects. -Following up and solving: manpower, equipment, vehicles and material procurement and availability issues that are encountered in the assigned projects. -Anticipating critical issues before taking place and taking preventive measures to avoid the forthcoming problems in coordination with the projects managers and people involved in the project. -Conducting site visits to audit and ensure that the progress of work is as planned and ensure the quality of work performed. -Following up quality procedures and filling in Quality vouchers/ reports and method statements that must be properly documented. -Keeping track of the projects agreement: start dates, end dates, extensions of time and expected ending dates making sure they are met and documented. -Maintaining a follow up sheet on all the activities, stages, documentations and approvals related to the project assigned. -Coordination with other projects coordinators in some activities to maintain a comprehensive overall knowledge of the projects.
