As a Project Manager works actively as part of the Project Management Team to formulate project objectives and priorities. Has to implement all Project Procedures as per ISO. Duties and responsibilities: • Preparation of Master/planning Schedule and Manpower estimate for each project. • Assuring that all equipment’s as per work requirements are available on the site and in good condition. • Ensuring that the materials are fully utilized on the site with minimum wastage. Recording all material issued and used on the site. Required Project documentation should be done. • To review and comment on all interior design working drawings submittal as per project contract and also initial drawings before submitting it to the client within the allotted time frame. • Preparation of all materials submittal as per Project’s Contract and approved drawings within the allotted timeframe. • Update/Coordinate any change on the site execution with the Draft Team. • Providing technical leadership on all interior related activities for the project and maintain civil/interior standard specifications. • Proactively liaising and coordinating with project engineers and other related parties as required to ensure that all interior/civil related are cleared and managed in an efficient way. • Provides solutions in case that there may be a problem that would hinder the work on the site with the lowest cost possible. • Handling the team & Sub-contractors on the site so that all activities are properly coordinated. • Responsible for the project completion based on timeline. • Project reporting in an ISO formats submitted to the management on a regular basis.
