The qualified candidate will be responsible to deliver technical products and support to our customers by providing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting services as well as rebuilding and installation service for new filling lines. Job Purpose: • Carry services as per Tetra Pak standard • Resolve technical faults in Tetra Pak equipments. • Manage installations of filling lines • Install rebuilding and improvement kits • Ensure reliable operations of customer lines • Reduce customers’ operational cost Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance – Execute planned preventive maintenance activities to a high standard and in line with agreed procedures, ensuring effective operation of TP line equipment. Reinstate equipment into production environment with a high level of customer satisfaction 2. Troubleshooting – Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical faults and breakdowns. Conduct basic root cause analysis of problem, to ensure rapid resolution and/or escalation to appropriate colleagues. 3. Installation – Prepare customer site, erect machine, build conveyors and be supportive and cooperative during installation 4. Rebuilding – Installation of machine rebuilding and improvement kits. Reinstate equipment into production environment with a high level of customer satisfaction. Updating all related manuals accordingly, and feed back of the update done. 5. Quality and Safety – To work in accordance with all safety regulations & requirements. Understand importance of product quality and ensure a safe working culture in the team.
