His brilliance as a Divine-Human Being bringing down to Earth the Court decisions: in facing the fears, injustices, cowardice and open corruption in this economic entity aka USA is sorely missed & greatly unrecognized, especially in how he overcame immense obstacles as a young Black lawyer, while working with the NAACP. On and since the 50th Anniversary of Brown v Board of Education, Topeka et al, I have used No Representation without Equalization to honor his due diligence, indefatigable determination and downright consciousness in being the democratic doctor revealing, once & for all, legally, the congenital, constitutional, deleterious gene of racism in this We, the People, government that separate but equal is inherently unequal, as found & ruled in the decision as a result of his work & articulate defensive of the plaintiffs position, setting this most important precedent in US law! The night the decision was made public the Solicitor General of the United States, under Eisenhower, called Attorney Thurgood Marshall saying, Well, we gave you one today. To wit, Marshall rebuked him stating, You gave us nothing. What we received is simple Justice. A movie by the name Simple Justice had told the story of his efforts to establish truly Equal Treatment Under Law as inscribed on the Supreme Court facade, yet, to be inscribed in the hearts & accepted in the minds of all Americans nor applied face-to-face, still from the street with cops to the SCOTUS toward African Black Americans, as well, as all non-white males.
