Hisca Kenya is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Attendant to join our growing team Food and Beverage Team at Bondo. The main responsibilities will include: ◾Providing timely and courteous service and anticipating members needs ◾Establishing rapport with members that supports repeat and new business ◾Preparation of fine liquors, wine, cocktails and coffee making ◾Ensuring the Service Bar is administered in a clean and effective manner ◾Providing exceptional preparation and presentation of beverages to members ◾Control and manage labour cost for all beverages ◾Assist in the requisition of goods such as glassware and liquor stock ◾Taking ownership of the day to day operation and ensuring the bar is stocked daily The successful applicant must satisfy the following criteria: ◾A Certificate or qualification minimum form 4 AGE Below 35years ◾Extensive Australian wine knowledge ◾Strong customer service experience ◾Friendly, energetic and professional attitude ◾Excellent personal presentation We currently have a number of vacancies for full time employees.
