History has shown that civil wars and violent revolutions do not necessarily leads to institutional change. Cases abound, Uzbekistan, Sierra Leone, Egypt, Tunisia, Colombia, Argentina, etc. so Nigerians should stop thinking and praying for violent revolution or civil war, its a wind that blows no one any good. What the country need is intellectual revolution, where groups will show institutional change in the processes that can remove the government at the center through a genuine electoral process.
