History of India part 3:- According to the books History & culture of Indian people vol-1 to 11, and Bangla desher Itihas vol-1 to 4) by Dr. Ramesh chandra Majumdar, the greatest historian of India, The bengali prince Vijaya from Tamralipta was to first to invade Sri lanka and bengali emporer Sasanka (7th century AD) and Pala rajas (8th to 12th century) ruled vast empires in India butthe bengalis put up a very feeble resistence aghainst the Muslims,the story that 17 muslims came and conquered bengal is a lie published by the muslims, it has been proved by modern historians, only the great Mahaprabhu chaitanya ( Biswambhar Bhattacharya( 1486-1532), and kings Raja Ganesh (1415-1435) and Raja Sitaram Roy(1658-1714) were able to build seperate hindu kingdoms, both were crushed by the muslims. But it was the bengalis who started the Independence movement from the British and given the maximum amount for Indias independence from the British, that why it was the conspiracy of the British & Muslims to divide bengal and the congress under Gandhi watched on helplessly.
