Hit the initial goal, but donations are still steadily coming in. So I asked others what to do on my personal FB page and almost unanimously they voted for a new increased goal. thank you all so very much for helping me meet my initial goal on GoFundMe. Donations are still coming in and Ive talked to others and they recommend raising it. But you deserve an explanation as to where the money will go. Foremost is my medical care. My wife cant care for my son, my dog and me. Its too much for her. The stress causes her to lash out aggressively at me. Ive been at home for 3 days and she already had an episode of screaming and breaking stuff while I lay on the bed in fear of my life (not exaggerating....actually Im UNDER exaggerating...you cant imagine how scared I was). Good news is she has agreed to allowing a caregiver into our home. She was against this before. So thats a new and kinda large expense. I originally wrote a higher amount as the goal, but a friend said it was unrealistic so I lowered it. My whole income/life is based off riding and making videos for you guys. And by the time I can walk again my channel and tour company could be dead in the water. Also I spent days in the hospital thinking up ways to help others like myself. And I came up with a very cool and new idea for an interactive nonprofit charity website and app. I already have a small team working on that (Mike Minnieman and Jason Hu). Ive also promised Sean McCormack more help in the future. So rest assured that any extra will go towards other positive outlets. But the initial goal has been reached so we can relax a bit. But if you want to give a buddy who has had the worst year of his life a couple of bucks to help see him through...well Im not one to refuse goodwill. Especially if it leads to me paying it forward in an even bigger way. Im very excited about my charity idea. So are the others Ive talked to about it. Its unique. Nothing like it exists currently. But thats for the future and I need to make it through today. Maybe all this DID happen for a positive reason...maybe.
