Hm :/ I mean...Im hearing all of this hoopla over this Beyonce flawless remix and Im not impressed. At all. The point of a remix back in the day...was that the beat/production changed substantially where it almost re-created the track in entirety. Or, the feature artist(s) on the remix SMASHED the track so crazily that it was nuts! Beyonce sayin the same thing she said in the original...with a few dopely written references to herself as a billion dollars in an elevator. Which, if you look at it, is not clearing the air of whatever the drama was...but rather, glorifying herself as a source of conflict between Solange and Jay-Z. Not cute :/ you a grown woman, I thought? Grown women steer clear of edifying tension. Moreover - Nickis part is dope syncopation wise...but for her to claim that the queen of rap and queen bey are tearing up a track...I would hope that it would make my summer BUST instead of stirring up summer DUST!
