Hmmm. Took a shower this morning and weighed myself, this time buck nekkid, and Im at 185. My weight generally fluctuates between about 180 and 185. Have been a bit nervous lately because of my father, and that might have something to do with it, but I did eat half a pint of Haagen-Dazs vanilla when I got up at 2:30 in the morning early today. Shannon, Phil, and I are all holding up pretty well: Im a little surprised at how rationally a mentally unbalanced guy like me is handling this problem. Xanax helps, of course.
