Hmmm, thats odd. Yet another state (Utah) had the majority of its students fail the common core aligned tests in its first year of implementation. The same as NY, Kentucky, etc. it almost seems as if the pushers of common core have a script: prove the schools are failing, then over time slowly increase the passing rate (through manipulation of the cut scores) and claim that CC is working. Or I could just be paranoid.
