Ho-hum... were back in Poor Sore Paw land... lots of licking recently then a loud yelp when Baily stepped on it (she throws herself down on his legs and sleeps on them sometimes and he doesnt even blink). There are now three toes affected and it looks like the quick has retracted from the nail and curled into a little white ball.... the vet made mention of the possibility of lupus but with only three toes on one paw he wasnt convinced... And so I arrived home armed with pills and Im back to posting pain killers and antibiotics down his throat for the next week :( Can someone please explain to me why animal tablets have to be so big? The pain killer is SQUARE FFS!!!!
