Holder is a liar, power hungry accomplice to murder, and supports a tyrannical government. This statement is further evidence he has no business administering the laws of this land. His position here is not unlike the flawed logic of those against "stand your ground" laws. What is the alternative? If criminals know they can commit crimes without fear they might get hurt or killed in doing so, would that not embolden them to commit more and increasingly serious crimes?? Except for the inherent danger to criminals provided for by "castle doctrine" laws, why would criminals not just invade and pillage homes at will, knowing that the law-abiding citizens within will simply allow them to do so because that is their only legally defensive option. Know this: ALL criminals have at least two defining characteristics: 1. They DO NOT abide by laws, and 2. they are cowards -- yes-- COWARDS. They may be risk-takers at some level, but never confuse risk-taking with courage. Stay aware,stay prepared, stay trained, stay armed, and stay alive. Semper Fi !
