Holiday Workout #9! Here we go! Stay with me! Today we are doing 30 sec rounds of each exercise. Move #1: Jog in place and bring your knees up as high as you can to warm the body. Move #2: Wide squat jumps - begin with your feet wide apart, toes pointed out at a 35° angle and squat down, bring your arms down to touch the floor then come up and clap your hands over your head in a jump. Repeat. To modify remove the jump out of the exercise. Move #3: Burpees. Stand on your feet bring your hands down to the floor in ball position and kick your feet out into plank position, jump feet back in towards the chest, then jump up back into upright position. Repeat. To modify this exercise remove the jump and slowly come down to the floor and step your feedback instead of jumping your feedback. Health Tip of the day: Dont skip your breakfast.
