Holistic Health Practioner Program Become a Holistic Health Practitioner Instructor helping a student Holistic Health Practitioners (HHP) are trained to recognize the connection between mind, body and spirit and their impact on our health. Typically Holistic Health Practitioners specialize in one or more modalities. The Healing Hands School of Holistic Health offers a comprehensive Holistic Health Practitioner training program, which encompasses our Massage Therapist Program and an additional 480 hours of bodywork elective classes and 20 hours in our Student Clinic. These additional courses allow you to pursue your particular area of interest and give you an integrated array of health tools and practices as you pursue your career. Holistic Health Practitioners are equipped to be self employed and/or employed at the highest level of Massage Therapy and Holistic Health services. Healing Hands School offers over 1800 hours of training in all aspects of Holistic Health. This gives you will have the opportunity to customize your training based on your interest and area of expertise The program will prepare you with: Fundamental knowledge of anatomy and physiology An understanding of both western and eastern bodywork training, done in a hands on environment of experiential training The ability to communicate effectively with your clients, assessing their needs and helping them reach their health goals Excellent skills in the massage and holistic health modalities Tools to build an effective career Body Mechanic Training: how to use your body correctly so that you have a long and healthy career Because we offer so many excellent classes, graduates of our HHP program receive a discounted price on individual classes for Continuing Education Continuing Education/ Personal Growth Enrichment All of our courses can be taken A la Carte as individual courses. We are certified by the Board of Registered Nurses, the Board of Chiropractic’s, and the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork to provide Continuing Education units to fulfill certification requirements. Or you may wish to study massage therapy and holistic health for your personal enrichment for focused study on specific courses, you can enroll in the following courses.
