Hollywood has been taking hits from all angles recently for its arrogance in relation to racism and its dismissive attitude towards non Western cultures. A reflection of growing dissatisfaction with all civilized people, in general. Times are changing. But in Hollywood, the more things change... Some people may ask, why does it matter what ethnicity the Egyptians were back then? An equally pertinent question to ask is, if it doesnt matter, why not present them historically accurate for the region and the times in question?
