Holy Alliances December 17, 2014 Each alliance and circle of friends will have lots of different types in it. It is okay to be the leader. It is quite fine to be the follower. Perhaps you might just be the one who does the hard work. The Bible is filled with stories about alliances and circles of friends. The angels were allied against Satan. The disciples were within Jesus’ most trusted circle. Have you taken the time to look at your alliances and circle of trusted friends? When you do, be sure to identify your role within it. Let your prayer be that you are an influencer; that you are the one is who prayerful, and most of all, let it be that you are the one who is worthy of trust. Continue to walk with integrity in all that you do. God has a great reward in store for you. I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, 2 with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, 3 eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. Ephesians 4: 1-3
