Holy crap - Moniker did a new system roll-out yesterday and it is absolutely horrific. More precisely, a NIGHTMARE! Theyve charged me for dozens of domains that were marked as do not renew, theyve deleted many important domains from my account, they provide NO option to renew manually, I cannot choose the method of payment for a specific transaction, and the list goes on. I just wasted 2 hours in panic mode trying to get access my domain names and trying to renew those that are going to expire, but their system is SO screwed up right now I havent been able to do any of that. Their support phone is constantly busy, and its after hours in their new location (overseas). It takes a lot to ruffle my feathers, but theyve managed to completely p*ss me off big time. When you entrust a domain registrar with thousands of valuable domain names like I do, this is more than a little unsettling.
