Holy puppy love!?!?! Have you met Penny? Of course you havent because she is still at the shelter. Little girl really was torn between walking/playing/ or being held. She didnt love the leash or the harness, but you can see she will get use to it quickly. She loved treats and cuddles and giving quick kisses. She is a busy little bee, but I think once she is out of the shelter and exposed to more new things she will settle down.
