Home Affairs Min Melusi Gigaba has announced terms of new Zimbabwe Dispensation Permit: DZP programme will be brought to an end 31 Dec 2014. New programme called ZSP will b introduced in 01 Jan 15 only for DZP holders Applications to start in Oct 2014. Admission fee to be introduced. Application to be done in SA through VFS centres. ZSP will be only valid for 3 years ZSP permit holders wanting to stay after end of ZSP have to return to Zim to reapply for a mainstream Certain conditions, including proof of employment, valid passport, clear criminal record have to be met for the new application . Only current holders of DZP are allowed to apply for ZSP.
