Home Depot, Lowes or Menards? Today I needed a VGA monitor extension cable so since Home Depot was the closest to my location, I went there. Guess what? NO VGA cables at all. They did have a selection of HDMI and RCA Audio cables but no VGA. I do know Menards carries them but I was at 60th and Silver Spring. Home Depot is on Port Rd and Capitol. Well I ended up at Radio Shack on Port Rd and Silver Spring and paid $24.99 for a 10 foot cable. Well then again it was gold plated on the ends so it must be well worth it right? Like the Gold makes those connections superior and I get a better picture right? yeah right. I like Home Depot for some things but prefer Menards.
