Home Services Consultant (Inside Sales) (186-788): Details: Home Services Consultants sell Cable and Satellite TV, Internet, Phone, Home Security, and more from top providers like ADT, AT&T, Charter, Comcast, DirecTV, Dish Network, Time Warner and Verizon. This position receives inbound sales calls from customers that are transferred by utility companies across the country. The Home Services Consultant gathers information from the customer and recommends various products/services to meet the customer’s home services needs. This is NOT a work from home position. This position requires an individual to work onsite in a call center. The Home Services Consultant assists callers with setting up their home utility services. Individuals will use a consultative approach when offering & selling products and services to customers such as Phone, Internet, Cable TV, Satellite TV, DSL & more.
