Home rehabilitation project starts tomorrow (Tuesday), weather permitting. First up is a new roof, if it looks like we will have a couple of days straight without rain. (Wonder what that would be like.) Then, following on will come a new deck and new replacement windows all around the ground floor and the two upstairs front bedrooms (windows in the back upstairs were replaced a coouple of years ago), new siding on the upstairs dormers, plus a few other "odds and ends". Looking forward to having everything done!
