Homebuyers and sellers want results and RE/MAX agents have proven once again that they deliver. In the 2014 REAL Trends “The Thousand,” as advertised in the Wall Street Journal, RE/MAX had the most top home sellers. “The Thousand” rankings are not the first time this year that RE/MAX agents have been shown to be more productive. In the 2014 REAL Trends 500 survey of the country’s largest brokerages, the data shows RE/MAX agents averaged 17.8 transaction sides compared to an average of 8.4 for all other participating agents, based on 2013 production. When all brokerages in the 2014 REAL Trends 500 survey are ranked by home sales per agent, RE/MAX brokerages claim 91 of the top 100 spots. In addition to leading agent performance, RE/MAX also continues to grow. In 2013, RE/MAX sold a total of 710 new franchises, and added 11 countries. This made a year-end global footprint of 97 countries, an international presence greater than any real estate organization.
