Homemade Granola - Easy, Healthy and Ready-to-eat! RECIPE: GRANOLA 1. Quaker Oatmeal old fashioned - 3 cups 2. Sliced Almonds - 1.5 cups 3. Sugar - 2 tbsp 4. Coconut oil organic - 2 tbsp (desi ghee is fine too) 5. Flax seeds - 1/3 cup 6. Salt - 1 pinch 7. Raisin - 1 cup (mix after cooking is over) DIRECTIONS: 1. Mix all the ingredients from #1 to #6 2. Spread as a thin layer in a pan 3. Bake it for about 30-40 mins with stirring 2-3 times 4. Keep it in the oven for a while after it is cooked 5. Mix Raisin and store in an airtight container
