Homemade Pizza 5 Minutes (French Version) I do not believe there is no pizza recipe on the blog! Yet , homemade pizza ( pizza and all short , like Italian food ... ) is one of my favorite dishes.In my quest for the perfect pizza , I was looking for a way to get a swollen pulp and generous desire , approaching that of restaurants * . By doing some research on the internets , I came across an article about skillet pizza or pizza cooked in a cast iron skillet .This technique is reminiscent of homemade bread, except that heated the pan on the stove and then we send the very hot oven for a few minutes ... ! The cast gives a good crispy and perfectly supports high temperatures. BINGO ! INGREDIENTS: For pizza dough base : - 2 dc active dry yeast - 1 dc white sugar - 310 ml (1 + 1/4 cups ) warm water - 375 g to 415 g ( 3 cups to 3 1/3 cups) all-purpose flour or flour pizza - Salt 3/4 Teaspoon - 1 C. S. olive oil extra virgin For the filling: - 2 large cloves garlic, germ removed and chopped into thin strips - 4 Tablespoon olive oil extra virgin - 1 ball of mozzarella Cheese Sliced - 2 hot Italian sausages - Approximately 70 g baby spinach - 6 canned artichoke hearts or marinated, quartered - A dozen cherry tomatoes , halved - 150 g Fontina cheese, grated - A few slices of red onion, thinly sliced on a mandolin or with a sharp knife - Freshly ground pepper - Chile crushed , to taste DO IT YOURSELF : Prepare the dough : 1) In a bowl, mix the yeast with the sugar and water. Let the yeast do ten minutes of bubbles should form on the surface. 2) In a large bowl , combine flour and salt. Make a well in center of mixture and pour the yeast. Knead dough until smooth : it must be elastic and slightly sticky. 3) Form a ball and place in a clean, lightly oiled bowl . Cover with a clean cloth.
