Homemade guacamole for the next few days! Great with tortillas, cheesy nachos, bean burritos and chips to name a few. Very easy to make and OH SOO GOOD! Note the second picture on the right. This is how you can preserve guac for several days without having it brown. Make sure to leave the pits in with the guacamole AND take a plastic wrap sheet and cover the entire dish making sure to eliminate all the air between the guac and the plastic wrap. Repeat rapping procedures every time you uncover and enjoy some. This concludes your kitchen tip for the day. LOL ;)-
