Homework for today :-) What defines a cell, as in police, prison or holding? When does an ordinary room become a cell? What defines detention as unlawful? When does unlawful detention become kidnap? What law protects a human or person when they refuse to comply with what they know (reasonably) to be unlawful? Is there any precedent where a guideline supersedes a law? If no law is in place that authorises an action, can a guideline be viewed/implemented as law?
