Hon Abdulswamad Shariff Nassir Very unfortunate that you and some leaders are still begging the government to develop your regions.this forgoting we are in anew dispensation and not in kanu days.I recall its in those days when politicians and or tribal leaders would visit moi and beg him to initiate projects in their backyards.but we understand, money(taxpayers money) was controlled by the president and few nairobi bureacrats.thats why economically ,moi and kenyatta even kibaki ignored those regions that were perceived to be their enemies eg nyanza.bt,today we dnt need to beg uhuru coz we have county governments in place to initiate projects ,smethng that was abomination in the past.thats we are pushng 45% of revenue to go to the grassroot to avoid beggng the mountain.#referendum
