Hon Segun Erinle today in UK told Ekiti in diaspora that Dr Kayode Fayemi would win any candidate the opposition presented to face him at the POLLS in the 2014 election. The lawmaker believed that the Governor has transformed Ekiti more than he met it, he stated that no community in the State can say they did not fill the impact of Government in their community. The lawmaker defended members of the State Assembly and said he and his colleagues have done well within thirty months of being in the House as more than fifty bills have been passed to move the state forward. The lawmaker believed that the State House of Assembly has quality members in the House and the members has sacrificed to move the State forward, the lawmaker was asked why the House of Assembly has no website of its own, Hon Segun Erinle stated that the House of Assembly is not autonomous hence its not self financing but rely on the Executive for financing Capital Project, the lawmaker stated that when the 4th Assembly commenced, there was no office for members as only the Principal officers has little offices but now, all members can boast of their own offices, he therefore told the audience that before long the the House of Assembly would have a very functional website. On jobs, the lawmaker was of the opinion that the government cannot employ everybody but the Fayemi led administration in the State is creating an environment where it can woo investors to come and invest in Ekiti and at the same time encouraging Self Employment. The lawmaker was asked if he would like to work with Governor Fayemi again, he responded that it has been a pleasure being in the Assembly and ensuring that bills brought by the Governor are well scrutinized before passage and stated that he look forward to seeing him returning as the Governor for a second term in office. Hon Segun Erinle is the member representing ilejemeje Constituency in the Ekiti State House of Assembly.
