Hon. Zoe Emmanuel Pennoh: Love or loathe him, rate or hate him, score or scold him, Hon. Zoe Emmanuel Pennoh is a factor in Grand Gedeh politics, and yea in the ensuing Special elections to elect a new senator in 2014 courtesy of the kind of FISH AND BAIT politics he has introduced , customised and institutionalised in the body politics in Grand Gedeh County. His supporters speak volumes of his generousity and uncommon humanitarian posture, which at times goes personal as paying dowry and amazingly cost of divorce. According to them, he has been providing pieces of zincs to construct houses of tribal chiefs, churches, donating farming implements, paying WAEC fees for students for a size number of years now , etc. No doubt he is considered as one of the RICHEST Grand Gedean right now on the face of the Earth, his pundits may wish to add FOOTNOTES.. However, his critics see him more as a man who for the past 9 years has not been able to understand his legislative function by either sponsoring or co-sponsoring a single bill that can bring projects or development in his native Grand Gedeh County. The question is which of the messages of the divide that resonates with our people? Is ZEP a CONTENDER or PRETENDER to the senatorial race?
