Honest Opinion of a Nigerian How Fair Is Military And Paramilitary Recruitment. Every now and then military and paramilitary bodies carryout recruitment exercise and they ask ask Nigerians to pay some amount ranging from 1k to 3k.At the end of the recruitment exercise a handful of people get employed.for example in last years navy recruitment exercise, a friend from Edo state who passed the aptitude test but couldnt scale through the interview told me that only 2 people got the job from Edo state yet thousands where made to part with their hard earned money in purchasing the scratch card. Army just recently shortlisted names without conducting aptitude test for those that bought the scratch card. Then i ask myself the basis for the shortlisted names. What do you think?
