Honestly? All I saw was a man arguing with a police officer. He was told to move along, he didnt, so he was dragged from the truck, tasered and handcuffed? The officer that yelled, Stop resistingwas doing some cya. I didnt see the man repeatedly tasered. But, regardless, I think theres some excessive force here. Should the father have been trying to interfere? No, not really. If the son is old enough to drive and carry that responsibility, then hes old enough to accept the consequences of getting pulled over. But, conversely, did the police use excessive force in dealing with the well intentioned father? Yup. They could have simply acknowledged what the man was saying and diffuse the entire situation.
