Honestly, i dont believe girls become women until theyre atleast 25. Unfortunately, by this time, most of em have 1 or 2 kids and would have wasted many years on deadbeats rather than earning a trade or a degree. So, more out of necessity than personal ambition, she has to grow up and handle up. Expectations of finding an educated, single woman wo kids in her mid 20s-30s is almost more of a fairytale than a reality nowadays. I desperately wonder how this will effect the next generation???
