Honestly people I don’t see how some school kids have not been ran over. Driving my son to work we pass a high-school. In the east bound lane there is a city bus-stop, about 10-15 yards east of the bus-stop is a marked cross walk with a fenced safety zone in the center lane. Do the high-school kids riding the city bus use the cross-walk? No they cross between the bus and cross-walk. The kids are obscured by the bus until they step out in the line of traffic. Amazedly, the kids who are teen-agers and should know better. However, they walk out in traffic as if the vehicles should automatically stop for them.
