Honor...Good Morning...#pouringintoyou...Honor. This morning and always I honor our United States Service men and women; those gone before me, those who have retired and those still offering their services today. I cannot find heartfelt words enough to esteem those who have selflessly given of their service with even a higher honor to those who gave the ultimate sacrifice, their lives. Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour. (Romans 13:7 KJV). I wish I were over government sometimes to do right by our military volunteers. Unemployment would never be an option. Homeless vets would be unheard of. Hungry...the entire country would have to be hungry before these brave men and women would go without anything. It breaks my heart to see their children in welfare lines and food stamp lines. I think we got it wrong on this one. Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another; (Romans 12:10 KJV) as well, we have the most important Honoree backwards, too. We find everyone and everything on this planet to honor other than God, The Maker and Creator of all things. How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only? (John 5:23, 44 KJV). Its real simple...many work eight hours a day. How many of us honor God eight hours a day?...a week?...a month?...a year? Jesus answered, If I honour myself, my honour is nothing: it is my Father that honoureth me; of whom ye say, that he is your God: (John 8:54 KJV). Jesus gave the ultimate sacrifice, His life for us to have the opportunity to have eternal life in Heaven with Him and His Father. We line up for free cheese but wont be in line for Heavens door. The world stops for Sunday football but we want remember The Maker of Day. We religiously get up and go to our jobs on time, rain, shine, sleet or snow...but forget the One who blessed us with the job. That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him. As the signs of the times are ever before us and the writing is clearly in Gods Word, give your heart to God today. Rekindle the relationship you need to have with Him. Inquire of a loved one today to be sure their spiritual house is in order. Because when it is all over down here...when it has all been said and done...And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God: (Revelation 19:1 KJV). Just as Heaven, a better place many call it, is real...so is hell. The devil is going to have his angels, too. Please, dont let it be you. #pouringintoyou...Honor...
