Honourable Seth Tekper, Ghanas Finance Minister admits that Ghanas eurobond interest rate of 8.125% whilst good for Ghanas economy, it is significantly higher that what Ivory Coast, a recovering war-ravaged country managed to get at 5.375 %. Without directly admitting that the Ivorian Economy is better managed and more believable, his answers on the question, mostly elusive indicate the fact that the Ivorians are more believable in the international market than Ghana.
