Hooray for Katie! Katie Kier joined P.J. Morgan Real Estate in 2013 as a property manager, managing commercial and residential properties. Katie’s responsibilities include coordinating repairs, overseeing vendor process, communicating with both the owner and tenant and ultimately maintaining property value. Katie also manages several homeowner associations. She acts on behalf of the Association Board to coordinate repairs, maintenance, yearly budgets and is the liaison between the Board and homeowners. Katie began her real estate career in 2000 working as an assistant property manager for 576 apartment homes. After several years, Katie accepted a position as a property manager for another company. In this position, she was responsible for the property management of six commercial centers. She also assisted her manager in managing an additional five properties in the Denver metro area including Writer Square. Katie’s extensive experience and background in property management makes her a valuable member of the P.J. Morgan Real Estate team.
