Hope #KotakMahindraBank is not declaring BANKruptcy. They have not resolved the online banking problem in the last 24 hours. Nor does their customer service call center have any clue on when it could get resolved!! :( Not able to complete the salary payments :( This would cost us employee credibility. Worst thing is they are not even informing the same on their website or through the mails/SMS which they very well do in case of their product promotions. So much to the customer service. ;;;;;::::::: Common sense tells me that it could have been nice if they sent an apology for inconvenience SMS to all the customers. Would not have cost them much (since they anyway charge for the SMS alerts) ::::;;;;; Grow up, #Kotak !! Any insiders in Kotak Bank who know the reality? Do you suggest that we withdraw all the money and move to other banks??
