We can only imagine the thoughts that were bombarding her mind. How unjust, how unconcerned, how forgetful God is. God promised a child and now he takes him. Is this the kind of God you want to serve? And that prophet why He’s only after your money, you should run him off. Why you should tell everybody how wrong you’ve been done. I’d be angry I’d be resentful unforgiving is what I’d be. Why I’d never set foot in church again and everybody would know what kind of lies all this is. Whatever thoughts were running through her mind she cast them down and kept the profession of her faith All is Well, All is Well. We have seen the end of the Lord, the full circumference of His character. He does not change. He is reliable, He is faithful and He is true. He is just and holy, kind, honest, merciful and longsuffering. He does not forget your works of old. The devil is a liar and the father of them.
