Mouth-watering and delicious on the palate this wine is matured in oak for 14 months and pairs well with pork tenderloin, lamb chops, and hearty pasta dishes. Tapas Sopa de Frijoles $6 White bean soup slowly simmered with onions, celery, bell peppers, bacon and wild mushrooms. Clams con Chorizo $11 Fresh clams and Espanola Chorizo sautéed in a cava wine sauce with garlic and onions. Served with grilled tortillas.
