Hope its ok to share this. Not trying to argue or debate with anyone. Just trying to let parents know & spread the word. From what I was told, kids at J.G, pela, and some at the high school have Hand Foot and Mouth Disease. I guess the principal at J.G. doesnt want to inform the parents about this because they dont want to freak out the parents. But i think that we all have a right to know whether its 2 kids or 200 kids that have a contagious rash. I googled it and its extremely contagious. It starts with flu like symptoms, and then blisters all over the body and inside the mouth. They are really sick for 7-10 days and can still be contagious after their symptoms go away. If your kids have any of the symptoms, its worth looking into.
