Hope someone else will reason with me here... Helb( Higher Education Loans Board) website has been either completely down or non existent at all. The deadline for our sons and daughters joining the universities to apply is fast drawing near but none of their applications is going through so as to be considered when disbursement time comes. I feel this is a deliberate attempt to lock out deserving cases. I have sacrificed my precious sleep even at 2 am but to no avail. Will anyone in a position to talk to these fellows to either upgrade their servers or push the deadline forward and avoid disadvantaging a soul please do so? I speak with authority of more than 200 applicants drawn from the larger Elgeyo Marakwet County whose applications are pending at Apex Communications - Iten.
