Entry is open to all film makers who are proud of their work. There is no entry fee or any other requirement. 2. Judges will be using a “system”. 3. Judges’ decisions are final and no discussion or correspondence will be entered into. Completed judging sheets will not be available to entrants. The judge’s opinion is just that, based on his/her knowledge and experience in the film industry and should be taken in the spirit that it is given. Contestants are advised NOT to approach the judges or the adjudication areas during judging as this may cause disqualification. This festival aims to inspire and encourage independent film making, the organisers agree that it is difficult to put an exact definition on “good”. Judges will be given the latitude to determine what they believe to be “the goodness” of the material and will judge accordingly. It may be horribly unfair. Suck it up. Stop being so sensitive. 4. Films are to be submitted on Blu-Ray or DVD. For any further questions about format send us an email. 5. All rights retained by the film makers. 6. Films of any length are welcome but length may affect screening schedule. 7. Neither the organisers nor sponsors will be held responsible for any loss, damage to persons or property during the Festival. Or anything else. 8. Entries need to be sent by mail to the address on the form below. Hi speed, hi bandwidth internet hasn’t reached this far yet. 9. Festival organisers have the final say on what gets screened and the screening schedule. Screening all entries is not guaranteed. 10. The makers of films chosen for screening will receive an invitation to attend to festival at their own cost.
