There are no factories, no jobs, no stores, no industrialization, Israel has imposed sanctions upon Gaza stopping ALL imports into Gaza INCLUDING UN humanitarian aid. No medical supplies, water, food, clothing... NOTHING has been allowed into Gaza for more than 10 years. The average age is 18.1 years old. Its 38 in the USA Infant mortality is 16 babies per 1000 births World average is 4.5 Maternal mortality rate is 640 deaths per 100,000 World average is 25 deaths per 100,000 Unemployment is over 50% World average is under 10% During the air force bombing of the Gaza Strip over the past two days, about 400 tonnes of bombs and missiles have been used, so increasing the level of destruction in the sector. Thats almost 3 tons per square mile... Gaza is surrounded by walls with armed Israeli guards mounted upon them. Gaza has been turned into a giant concentration camp for Palestinians... The Warsaw of the Middle East. There are an estimated 10,000 Hamas members world wide, with only about 2000 residing in Gaza. Hamas, as a word means means zeal. The organizations avowed purpose is liberating Palestine from its Jewish oppressors, whose very presence in the Middle East Hamas considers an affront to Muslims rightful sovereignty over the region. Hamas was created by a physician, after his murder a pediatrician took over. 75% of Hamas funding is put into medical care in Gaza and comes from the Muslim Brotherhood (which the US supports in Egypt). Hamas is responsible for almost ALL of the medical aid, water, food, health care, clothing, housing in Gaza. Hamas is NOT the government in Gaza, it is not the people of Gaza... Hamas is a small group of fundamental extremists trying to protect their the dying starving people in Gaza. Stop the Israeli bombing of Gaza. Stop the murder of innocent children in Palestine. No more Genocide in the Middle East.
