Hopefully, tomorrow Ed will be transferred to Triage. A surprise visit will happen around noon from BOTH his parents that are flying in from Los Angeles. We are hoping but the hospital beds ARE full at the moment so it might be another day. Poor Ed is so restless and in a lot of pain right now. They are giving him different medicines and helping him sleep in the night. No more oxygen tube, no more dialysis, not too many more IVs or meds through the IVs but some oral meds now instead. Kidneys still need work and lungs as well, but he has made some awesome progress and success. Hey, hes alive and that in itself is a huge accomplishment. :-) God Bless Ed!! Checked out three rehabilitations today and will check out maybe one more tomorrow. Man, I have no clue what to expect but now I got somewhat of an idea. Just one more I think I will check out and then be done. Gotta choose one soon. And having to choose one is awesome and amazing too because that really tells you how much he is improving.. we are on day 11 going on 12 in the ICU..
