Horn Lake Animal Control - who knows anything about them, or a contact? A coworker has a neighbor who is tying a small pit puppy out by the mail box all day. No shelter, no water, no food. You can hear the puppy crying all the way down the street. Same neighbor has abused other dogs. Whenever they call animal control, no answer, no response. Is there anyone down that way that cares about animal abuse/cruelty that they can call? Family is shady with unsavory people coming and going all hours so they are very leery to approach.
